A Management Graduate from IRMA, Gujarat Mr. Sudhakar Rao Desai has more than 30 years of industry experience. He has been elected as the President of IVPA in September 2019. He is presently the Chairman of Agri and Food Council, Eastern India ASSOCHAM,(2019).

Mr. Desai is also an active member of Industry Trade Bodies like SEA (Solvent Extractors Association) and has served as the Director of Bombay Commodity Exchange.

He is part of the Organizing committee member of GlobOil and also a Member of Product Committee of Commodity Exchanges in India.

Prior to joining Emami Agrotech Limited as the CEO, Mr. Desai was with Bunge India Pvt. Ltd. as Director/Vice President. Earlier he worked as Chief Trader, with ITC Agrotech/ConAgra

Mr. S. K. Mondal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Durgapur and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (IIMC).

He has over 40 years of experience in various manufacturing companies and financial institutions like Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL), The Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd. (IFCI) and Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). He possesses vast experience in the areas of production, project management, plantation and international marketing. He is associated with a number of industry trade bodies and is serving of Biodiesel Association of India as the Vice-President.

Krishna Mohan Nyayapati is a Non-Executive Director and is on the Board of Emami Agrotech Ltd.

He is a MBA from Osmania University Hyderabad, with an experience of almost 32 years having worked in marque Indian FMCG companies like Dabur, Godrej Consumer, Cavinkare, Emami Ltd and now Emami Agrotech Ltd.

Krishna Mohan has worked across various spectrum of markets in the country and has gathered rich experience in understanding consumer and customer behaviours. He has worked on various categories in the FMCG industry including personal care, health care, OTC and Foods.

He believes in the philosophy of "execute efficiently" in all aspects of work especially in sales & distribution, supply chain & business development.

He has been an integral part of the growth story in these companies with strong ability to provide strategic and importantly executional direction to the large sales, distribution and supply chain teams he has handled.

Mr. Kamlesh Chandra Rajput is an Oil Technologist from HBTU Kanpur, having 40 years of extensive industrial experience in various Companies, managing multiple portfolios.

Prior joining Emami Agrotech, he has worked with companies like Hindustan Unilever, DCM, Alpine Industries and Ruchi Soya Industries.

He is associated with Emami Agrotech Limited since last 5 years and heading the Operations Division.

Mr. Raj Kumar Goenka by virtue of having a vast expertise in the field of marketing and branding is supporting the Board of Directors with decisions on strategic positioning.

He is the Board member in several Group committees and also plays a pivotal role in devising and implementing policies as per the Group objectives.

Ms. Murarka is a Science graduate and has extensive knowledge in chemical discipline. She is also in the board of other companies.

Mr. Govind Bhartiya is a bachelor in commerce, having 32 years of business experience. He is Involved in business, finance, retail, or a related entrepreneurial venture with deep understanding of financial management, balance sheets, profit and loss, tax regulations, etc. He serves as members on the board of other companies, based in Kolkata.

Mr. Vikash Marda has obtained a master's degree in computer science from Stanford University, followed by a decade of work experience in large multinational company in the United States. He has over 15 years' experience at the management level in multiple manufacturing businesses based in Kolkata and Chennai. He is the Board member in several companies and plays a pivotal role in devising and implementing policies.
